Shipping & Returns

Shipping We ship all our garments using Australia Post Express shipping with signature on delivery. We will process orders 1-3 days from receiving payment. All our garments are wrapped and bagged to avoid damage and excessive creasing. However due to the nature of the materials we use, the garments may still need to be pressed on arrival according to the care instructions.
Alterations If you have purchased online, and you cannot make it to our Perth studio for alterations, we will offer a 50% reimbursement for tailoring services, up to the value of $40. Reimbursements will only be processed on presentation of a receipt from a tailor. Your receipt must be submitted within 8 weeks of the your purchase date.
Returns for Online Purchases

If you wish to return your garment, we will offer a full refund under the following conditions: (1) All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached (2) If the garment shows any signs of wear, including stains, perfume/cigarette smells, or material damage, we will return the garment to you without a refund. (3) Garments must be posted back to us within 14 days of purchase.  If we do not receive the garments within 14 days we will return the garment without a refund. (4) We will not refund any garment that is a special order or has been altered in any way (5) We do not offer refunds on sale items except where required by law (6) The customer must cover the cost of return postage


If you wish to exchange your garment for a different size or style to an equal or greater value, you may do this within the 14 days at any of our stores in Perth. Please note however, if you wish to receive a refund for your garment we cannot process this at our stores. If you would like a refund for your garment, you must post the garment to the following address within the 14 days:

Please inspect the contents of your order before signing for the delivery. If there is damage to the packaging or the item, you will need to ask the postman to sign it 'Damaged Delivery'. Please notify us immediately in the event that there is any damage to the packaging or the garment on delivery.
